Bench Press

I worked last night and had a chance to sleep in a bit this morning. What better way to spend my day before going into work again tonight. Bench Press.

Stretching and Shoulder Mobility.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/70kg, 120kg/8 reps, 160kg/2 reps, 2 sets/1 rep/162.5kg, 3 sets/1 rep/167.5kg.

Speed Bench Press - 4 sets/6 reps/120kg.

Band Assisted Pull Ups - WG 4 sets/6 reps, NG 4 sets/8 reps.

Feeling centered again. Now it's time to eat.
