Friday I was able to train during working hours. I went into the Strength Club and had an hour of volume Squats all to myself.

Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 9 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 245lbs/8 reps.

The mechanics of the Squat movement felt more fluid that before. The volume work is paying off for sure.
