Training at the 17 Wing Strength Club during working hours. Life is good!
Leg Swings, Foam Rolling, Stretching, Knee Band Walking.
Deadlifts - 70kg/8 reps, 10 sets/6 reps/120kgs.
The warm up went really well. Everything that does a body good. 120kgs is substantially more than the 225lbs I did last Deadlifts day but it didn't seem to bother me any. 15840lbs total volume.
