Bench Press

It is a lovely evening so I opened up the garage door for some records and Bench Press.

Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 10 sets/6 reps/235lbs.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 5 sets/12 reps/32.5lbs.
OH Plate Extensions - 2 sets/12 reps/45lbs.

The Ketogenic diet is making me leaner all the time and the weight training is making me more muscular. I am really enjoying this journey.
