Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - bar/12 reps, 60kg/12 reps, 100kg/12 reps, 125kg/12 reps, 145kg/14 reps.
Bench Press - 60kg/12 reps, 80kg/12 reps, 100kg/12 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/110kg.
A total of 11,210kg total volume. Not too bad.
