I was extremely busy yesterday and didn't have much time for training. I did however push my limits.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - Bar/12 reps, bar/6 reps, 70kg/6 reps, 115kg/6 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/145kg, 145kg/10 reps.
The fourth set was my last and I wanted to make it count.
