Bench Press

Training during lunch today at work. Nothing exciting but I still got a great pump.

Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/275lbs, 275lbs/7 reps, 285lbs/7 reps, 285lbs/7 reps.
Hammer Curls - 35lbs/12 reps, 40lbs/12 reps, 45lbs/12 reps.

It's nice when I can get away during working hours to train. Not that it happens very often.
