Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 3 sets/8 reps/20kg, 3 sets/8 reps/60kg, 2 sets/6 reps/100kg, 4 sets/1, 3, 5, 6 reps/140kg.
After doing Deadlifts on Friday I was still quite tight through the hips and it took me a while to warm up properly. After my mobility returned I felt much better. Starting weight for Squats is 140kg/6 sets/5 reps.
