At the 17 Wing Strength Club for some good friends and Bench Press.
Warm Up
Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 4 sets/12 reps/60kg, 100kg/12 reps, 140kg/6 reps.
Power Phase
Bench Press - 3 sets/1 rep/165kg. Missed last single.
Pump Phase
Bench Press - 6 sets/5, 5, 5, 4, 4, 4 reps/140kg.
Extra Stuff
Bent Over Dumbbell Rows - 3 sets/8, 10, 12 reps/70lbs.
OH Plate Extensions - 2 sets/12 reps/20kg.
WG Pull Downs - 170kg/10 reps, 190lbs/6 reps.
Really pumped after the training today. Felt very good. Time for supper!!!
