Bench Press

Kind of a deload work out today. A friend of mine wanted to learn how to lift properly so we got together at the work gym to hit some Bench Press.

Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/10 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 335lbs/2 reps, 355lbs/1 rep, 225lbs/6 reps.

Not much to say. I think my friend learned a lot and hopefully will be better prepared for future training.
