Warm Up
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Paused Squats - 135lbs/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps.
Deadlifts - (Sumo) 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, (conv) 405lbs/2 reps.
Power Phase
Deadlifts - 475lbs/1 rep (classic conventional).
Sumo Deadlifts in Gear (Superior Suit NXG+) - 5 sets/1 rep/475lbs.
Pump Phase
Conventional Deadlifts (classic) - 4 sets/3 reps/315lbs.
Feeling good even though this week has been a bit crazy.
