The deadlifts a coming along great. I'm sure I'll be pulling a PB at the next meet.
Warm Up
Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Goblet Squats - 82.5lbs/10 reps, 102.5lbs/8 reps.
Deadlifts - 315lbs/6 reps, 455lbs/1 rep.
Working Sets
Deadlifts with Chains - 3 sets/1 rep/455lbs + 130lbs chain, 1 set/1 rep/460lbs + 140lbs chain.
Heavy pulls to help toughen up the CNS. All deadlifts felt quick with dropped hips. Rest for the week end. Heavy squats with chains on Monday.
