Extra Work Out

Eating mostly crap today and sitting around for most of the day made me get off my ass and hit the gym. At 2000hrs I was feeling like shit and bored to death. Then, I remembered "I have a well equipped gym just outside my door in the garage". Sometimes I'm pretty thick.

Alternate the following 6 times;

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes (4th and 5th times walk/run down the street and back).
Barbell Curl - 90lbs/12 reps.
Standing Behind Neck Press - 90lbs 12 reps.

A good cardio work out. I feel much better. Tomorrow I'm very busy so no training. Sunday I'm back at it with Heavy Squats.
