Working Sets
Squats - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs.
Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Bench Press - 4 sets/12 reps/135lbs.
Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Next week is Nationals. I know I'm ready. 190/200/210.
