DELOAD

Nice easy work out today just to keep the blood flowing and help my CNS to relax.

Warm Up
Stoke Up The Fire (brrrrrr...)
Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Extensive Stretching

Working Sets
Squats - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs.

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.

Bench Press - 4 sets/12 reps/135lbs.

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.

Next week is Nationals. I know I'm ready. 190/200/210.
