Christmas Eve Deadlifts

Another great reason to love my garage gym. Christmas Eve work out. Tonight was Deadlift. I made a video I'll post it next time.

Deadlifts - 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 405lbs/3 reps, 505lbs/1 rep,
Speed Deadlifts - 8 sets/2 reps/315lbs.

Push Ups - 4 sets/12 reps.

A very solid work out. All sets were done raw. I wore my belt for 505lbs only. I'm sure tomorrow I'll be craving to bend the bar. I'll see, maybe (probably).
