Short on time this morning. Gotta go out with the family. So, I did a condensed work out.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/4 reps, 315lbs/2 reps (foot slipped).
2 Board Press - 315lbs/4 reps, 335lbs/2 reps, 335lbs/3 reps, 350lbs/1 rep.
Dumbbell Rows - 3 sets/12 reps (per side)/85lbs.
Up Right Plate Rows - 3 sets/12 reps/45lbs.
Now it's off to Costco.
