CG Incline Press - work up to 3 sets/3 reps/275lbs.
Floor Press - 3 sets/6 reps/225, 245, 255lbs.
Skull Crushers - 4 sets/12 reps/85, 95, 95, 105lbs.
Bent Over Rows - 4 sets/8 reps/225lbs.
Light Side Laterals - 2 sets/12 reps/25lbs dumbbell.
Having a home gym is the best!!!
