Lying Leg Raises - 4 sets/25 reps.
Standing Trunk Twists - 4 sets/20 reps.
Elbow Planks - 2 sets/1 minute.
I know under my big fat belly there's an awesome 6 pack screaming to get out. I can usually shut them up with chocolate.
