Thursday Quicky

I only had about an hour to complete the work out yesterday. Here's how things went.

Cardio - 10 minutes Arc Trainer (intense).
Squats - 10 reps, 105kg (231lbs).
Sit Ups - 30 reps.
Squats - 10 reps, 105kg (231lbs).
Cardio - 6 minutes Arc Trainer (intense).

That was that. Very Quick.
