Home late from work and a tad grouchy because of it. Time to get to work.

Rebounding - 40 minutes.

Standing Dumbbell Press - 6 sets/12 reps/40lbs.


Stretches.

Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/15lbs.

Time for a rest and eat.
