Dynamic Stretches.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Tire Deadlifts - 230lbs/6 reps, 5 sets/320lbs/1,3,4,6,6 reps.
Static Stretches.
The other night I had a muscle cramp in my right adductor. Today my adductors feel a bit tight. Deadlifts went well and felt good. Static Stretches felt amazing.
