SSB Squats

In the interest of getting back on the training tracks today I did some Squats. Nothing exciting. Still a good place to start.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

SSB Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 4 sets/6,6,8,12 reps/140lbs.


Static Stretches.

No knee sleeves. No belt. Short rest < 3 minutes between sets. Good pump.
