Light Stretches.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/8,8,8,12 reps/225lbs.


Cable Ext - 3 sets/12 reps/30kg.

Static Stretches.

Trying to stick to the program without over complicating or over working.
