SSB Bench Squats
Spent most of the morning running around. Which didn't leave me a lot of time to train.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
with Grip Work - 6 sets/10 reps/HG100, 6 sets/10 reps/HG200.
SSB Bench Squats - 4 sets/12 reps/140lbs.
Good lower body pump. Now its time to go to work.
