Squats (it's about time)

I'm fat, I'm lazy, I'm procrastinating. This morning I woke up with some sinus rawness. There has been some illness going around the house so I thought I would take it easy today. Some time sitting in the garage watching the 2002 World's Strongest Man and I was ready for squats.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 5 sets/6 reps/225lbs.



This felt alright. I worked on not locking out at the top but pounding through the reps. I also narrowed my grip. Keep mixing things up. Keep learning.
