Rebounding

A little bit busy today running around. I got onto the rebounder for an hour straight. Something I've been doing lately is adding a set of pull up negatives every ten minutes. Today I did anywhere from 20 to 40 negative reps. I'm noticing my arms and lats, pull up muscles, are are getting bigger and stronger. Something to keep doing.
