SSB Squats and Keg

A really good training day right up till the end. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

SSB Squats - bar (50lbs)/10 reps, 140lbs/8 reps, 140lbs/6 reps, 230lbs/6 reps, 320lbs/4 reps.


Kegs - 150lbs/20 feet, 200lbs/20 feet.

When I dropped the 150lbs keg I missed the crash pad completely. The Keg landed flat on the ends of my big toes. Right now I'm icing and in agony.
