Bench Press

I haven't done flat Bench Press in a while. I thought it might be fun to try it again.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/2 reps, 315lbs/2 reps, 320lbs/2 reps.




Now I'm eating during. Good training.
