We have a busy day planned for today so I gotta get Deadlifts done early and quick.
Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Deadlifts (with figure 8 straps) - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/6,6,8 reps/315lbs.
That's it. I didn't wear my belt and my lower back felt better than it has in ages. Now to start my busy day.
