Static Stretches.
Laying Leg Scissors - 3 sets/30 reps.
My lower back is still bothering me. I'm having trouble concentrating on staying tight through my core. Hence the bands. Still not too bad.
BW is a bit up over the holidays. Today I'm back on track watching my caloric intake.
