Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/235lbs, 325lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/3 reps/435lbs.
Last set was with an Orange Band. It felt AWESOME!!! I'm guessing around 600lbs at lockout as it seemed difficult to finish the last inch of the movement. Feeling strong.
