Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Tire Deadlifts - (normal speed)(OH Grip) 275lbs/6 reps, 295lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 345lbs/6 reps, 365lbs/6 reps.
Static Stretches.
Eventhough I worked this morning and have already done over 11k steps training went really well. Grip strength is getting much better.
