Snowblower and Stretches

This morning I spent about two hours with the snowblower clearing out snow that we got during the blizzard Tuesday. Afterwards I warmed up and did some stretching. 



Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Stretches. 

Now I feel much better. Not so stiff.
