Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs/10 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 245lbs/6 reps, 255lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/265lbs.
A really nice afternoon of lifting and chatting.
