Lots of Stretches focused on Hip Flexors.
Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 2 sets/5 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/5 reps/185lbs, 2 sets/5 reps/225lbs, 275lbs/5 reps.
Inclined Dumbbell Press - 6 sets/6 reps/40,50,60,70,80,90lbs.
Kettlebell Swings - 4 sets/12,12,16,20 reps.
