Volume Squats

I guess a more accurate title would be Volume Lower Body. A total of 180 reps.

Light Stretches. 

Bulgarian Split Squats - 5 sets/12 reps per leg.

Goblet Paused Squats - 5 sets/12 reps/35lbs.

All the reps were dynamic and well controlled. My legs are PUMPED! I love it
