Rotator Laterals - 2 sets/20 reps/10lbs.
Band Presses and Pull Aparts.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/4,4,5,4 reps/330lbs.
OH Plate Ext - 3 sets/20 reps/45lbs.
Plate Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/45lbs.
Very good if I do say so myself.
