Bench Press

With the Covid 19 pandemic on the rise I can't train at my local Good Life. The weather is getting more mild so the best and of course my favorite place to train is my garage gym. I've also been tasked by my wife to renovate our bathroom. I'm capable of renovating everything but I don't like doing it. After becoming frustrated with something that wasn't going right it was time to burn some frustration in my garage.

Light Stretches.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/1 rep, 345lbs/1 rep, 355lbs/1 rep, 3 sets/6,8,10 reps/225lbs.


Now I'm relaxed and ready for supper.
