Heavy Deadlift

Feeling good.

Deadlifts - 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, put on my belt, 405lbs/2 reps, 495lbs/1 rep, 550lbs/1 rep.


Band Assisted Pull Ups - 5 sets/8 reps/175-275lbs.


Not much volume but that's not the point today. It's all about moving big weights. I feel like I accomplished that.
