Chain Bench Press

Fun and games this evening. Playing with my toys.

Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps.
Chain Bench Press - 135lbs + 130lbs chain/8 reps, 135lbs + 130lbs chain/6 sets/12 reps.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 5 sets/12 reps/40lbs.

Most of the sets were done with a narrow grip which really added a great triceps and pectoral pump.
