Bench Press
Taking it easy tonight. Getting the blood to flow through the muscles.
Stretching
Bench Press - 10 sets/10 reps/135lbs.
That's it, that's all. Next training day is Deadlifts and I'll be trying hook grip again. 500lbs? Maybe.
