Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 6 sets/6 reps/315lbs, 315lbs/4 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/225lbs.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 20lbs/12 reps, 35lbs/12 reps, 40lbs/12 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/45lbs.
Lots of volume today. Lots of gains tomorrow.
