Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/6, 8, 10 reps/275lbs.
Rev Grip Barbell Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/45, 65, 65lbs.
Barbell Curls - 2 sets/8, 12 reps/65lbs.
The Barbell Curls I found were difficult. Mobility of my wrists and forearms needs some work.
I am still getting stronger. I will train hard and surpass past bests. Count on that.
