Bench Press

Had to work today. I brought my wrist wraps knowing I would have time to press.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/295lbs, 5 sets/2, 3, 4, 3, 3 reps/345lbs, 295lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/12 reps.

Great volume!
