Training has been all over the place lately but I'm still putting in volume and that's what counts.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Deadlifts - 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/315lbs, 2 sets/8, 6 reps/405lbs.
Not very exciting but still feeling good and training well.
