Tire Deadlifts in the garage last Thursday the 25th .
Light Stretching.
Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/195lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/285lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/375lbs, 2 sets/3 reps/465lbs, 555lbs/1 rep, 615lbs/1 rep, 465lbs/4 reps, 375lbs/10 reps.
615lbs is a new PB then 375lbs for 10 reps after really cemented strength gains. Another great training day.
