Inspired by the format I followed during Bench Press yesterday I went to the 17 Wing Strength Club for some Squats.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
2 sets/20kg/12 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/65kg, 2 sets/8 reps/105kg, 2 sets/6 reps/125kg, 3 sets/4 reps/145kg, 2 sets/3 reps/165kg, 2 sets/3 reps/185kg.
The 2 sets of 3 reps with 185kg kind of surprised me. I have Squatted 185kg/3 reps with out knee sleeves in the past but never for two sets. They were a bit of a grinder but lots more power in reserve.
