Bench Press

In an effort to bring my numbers back up I put a bit of weight on the bar for Bench Press today.

Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 275lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 135lbs/12 reps.

Feeling solid and ready for some serious heavy training.
