Deadlifts have been difficult lately. I dialed back the weight in order to work on technique. This was a good idea and today was an indication that things are getting better.
Warm Up
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 60kg/12 reps, 60kg/6 reps.
Deadlifts - 125kg/6 reps, 125kg/1 rep (dynamic), 175kg/3 reps, 175kg/1 rep (dynamic).
Working Sets
Deadlifts - 3 sets/1 rep/215kg, 2 sets/1 rep/235kg, 250kg/1 rep, 4 sets/1 rep/215kg.
It was tough but I'm pleased with today's work out. The last single I took my glasses off, smacked myself in the face and pulled 215kg no problem.
