New House = New Home Gym

The move to Winnipeg is complete and I have set up my home gym. It isn't exactly the way I want it but it will do for now.

Bench Press

Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/8, 10, 10 reps, 315lbs/1, 1, 1 rep.


Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 135lbs/6, 6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3, 3 reps, 365lbs/2, 2 reps, 405lbs/1, 1 rep, 315lbs/3 reps, 225lbs/6 reps.

Not too difficult but considering all that's been going on with the move these were good work outs. I start work tomorrow evening and will work out at the base a few times.
